Return Policy

All used items are sold “as-is”. We try to inspect every item before it leaves our warehouse to provide the best possible quality/condition item to our customers. Contact our Customer Service Department with any other concerns.

New items must have approval within 30 days of invoicing from our Customer Service Department prior to return. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All return orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Item Availability:

While we try our hardest to maintain accurate reflections of our inventory on our site, due to the unique nature of our combination of new and used items, sometimes items will sell both on-line and from our warehouse concurrently. We apologize for any instances where this occurs.


Pricing:

All pricing is subject to change without notice due to the fluctuating costs from our suppliers and/or availability in stock in our warehouse.


Used Items:

All used items are sold “as-is, where-is”, with no warranty or guarantee intended or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges.


Removal:

Buyer is responsible for removing fixtures and equipment purchased in accordance to certain requirements which many vary by item. Please contact us for these requirements before purchasing any item.
